PCC from Dubai and Afghanistan

Does anybody has same experienced how long does it takes to received PCC from Dubai and Afghanistan that we applied from consulate in Canada?

No idea brother but if you known living in Dubai, just send them your notarized finger prints and passport copies. It takes single day to issue pcc from Dubai, they can courier you later.
Afghanistan should be even easy.
