PCC from Angola, HELPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLZZZZZZZZZZ

Hi everybody,

I have a dilemma here.
I worked in Angola for 3 years and now it's been 2 years since I've returned back to my home country.
I am reading the CIC PCC requirements and I can not get a police clearance from Angola since I am not living there anymore.
I tried contacting the local authorities there but no answer; I asked some friends there to check but the answer was I have to be in Angola to get the PCC.

what is my situation in this case? I can not get the PCC from there, taking into consideration that I can not go there.

The point is if you CANNOT get PCC from a Country then CIC will obviously not expect you to create one of your own

Therefore - the only option you have is an EXPLANATION in the form of a covering letter AND if you can an affidavit stating that you were not involved in any criminal misconduct in the country during your stay. That is the only thing that sounds logical to me.
