PCC form details

Hi,

I filling out my PCC application form for my express entry.

1. what should be the purpose of PCC? I am guessing its "Immigration other than citizenship" or "Resident permit".

2. At last stage(PCC verification), I am not sure what to put as "place" before submitting the form.

any suggestions!! need help!!
