Hi,
I have recently got my ITA for permanaent residency of CANADA.

I have following questions

In the last 10 years following is my stay,

I have stayed in India from 2007 to 2014 and since 2015 staying in Canada. So i believe PCC for India and Canada is required.

Do we need to submit Police Clearance Certificate for the last 10 years only or even beyond that ?

The reason is I have stayed in UK from 2001 to 2003.Do i still need to get the PCC from UK?

please advise

Police certificates are generally required for any country someone has lived in for 6 months or more since age 18. For Canada CIC obtain one directly from RCMP. Given police certificates can have a limited validity obtain them only when required with your application

If you were 18 years or older for any of that time, then yes.

If Im applying for PR do I need to get PCC and Medical for my Parents and siblings also if they are not dependent on me and not travelling with me.

No - you don't.

Hi Bs65,

I have to apply for my UK PCC once I receive an ITA. In the application they have mentioned Endorser details.

Do I have to mention or find an endorser with whom the UK ACRO will confirm about me???? I spoke with someone and he asked me to ignore the details and not fill them?

Can you please suggest?

Thanks
