PCC for multiple addresses in same state

I have a question regarding the PCC for my wife. Since her birth she lived at address A1 in city C1 and state S1 until Nov, 2010 and that is when she along with her parents moved to a new home at address A2 in city C1 and state S1. This new home is just 2 km away from A1 and now since our marriage(Jan, 2016), she is living with me at address A3 in city C2 and state S1. I want to know that whether she needs to have PCC for each and every address where she ever lived or a single PCC as per her current address is suffice. Please guide me in right direction, I am little confused regarding this.

A1,C1,S1 (1991 to 2010)
A2,C1,S1 (2010 to 2016)
A3,C2,S1 (2016 onward)

Get it from PSK, as they do not mention any specific geography and it will be sufficient for your stay across different places in India. But if you get it from local police, then they mention the specific geography for which it applies and this will not suffice for each of the geographies that you have resided.
