My husband was working on Cruise Ship and has travelled multiple countries due to his work. He never stayed on land and most of the time they were in international waters. Since his joining and releasing port would remain same, as per travel history it looks like he stayed in particular county (USA, Germany, Netherlands, England) but the country is just for joining. For PR process I see PCC for these countries as required documents. Do I need to get PCC from every county? Or only letter of explanation would be acceptable as he never stayed in the country?
If anyone has faced similar scenario please assist.
