I am a visitor to Canada entered on October 27th ,2022 and now I am applying for Spousal Sponsorship Inland for PR . Do I have to get Canada PCC along with my country of Birth. Please suggest.

Not for Canada, only from countries where you have lived 6 months or longer since age 18.
