What is the procedure to get PCC for Canada?

I applied for PCC online on Toronto police services website. I didnt know about the fingerprinting and other steps. I havent submitted my application yet. So, should I get it done again or should I wait if I am asked to get it done?

There is no "safer side" as it is not required in the first place and is only requested if needed during processing.

You can go ahead and submit it upfront.
