PCC for AOR

Hello, I am expecting to get my ITA on June 11th for express entry. I have all the documents ready except for PCC. My work permit expires on 2nd August snd the pcc processing time is atleast 8 weeks so can I submit my application without pcc and include the document that I have applied for it so that I get the AOR to apply for work permit? And also how long does it take to get AOR

Hi @cdhamija what did you do at the end? I got my ITA but I don't know if should I apply for my PCC from Mexico now or upload the letter that I'm applying from a different country that need a letter and get my AoR and get my PCC during my background check.
