PCC EXPIRED - HAVE MEDICAL LINE ON ECAS - DO I NEED ANOTHER PCC

I AM AN FSW2 CANDIDATE IN CANADA AND MY PCC FROM INDIA EXPIRED 10TH MAY 2013
I HAVE MEDICAL RESULTS RECEIVED LINE ON ECAS AND I BELIEVE MY FILE IS IN FINAL STAGE

DO I NEED TO GET ANOTHER PCC - PL ADVISE

It might be an idea to get a new one, it would be better to get one now rather than them asking for one and having to wait for it.

Typically if the PCC was sent with the application they won't ask you for a new one even though it has expired, though if you are present in Canada they may ask you to do a Canadian one before they issue PR. In addition, if you haven't been back to India in the duration since your application, there is no need for another PCC as you haven't been back there

thanks buddy , has sent out pcc with application and have never been to India since then

So you should be ok. I sent mine after because of time restraints. They requested them and I sent them earlier this year
