pcc expiration urgent help please

my pcc is going to expire on 17 October 2017.my application was received by ircc on 25 Jan 2017.my file is currently in new delhi/ndvo.do they request me the second pcc before expiration or do I need to send them without request.please help

Wait for them to request it. Sometimes, they don't ask for an updated version. So just relax and wait, or email the VO and ask if there's anything they need (but don't specifically mention PCC).

I agree with avatarkyoshi - wait to see if they request it before you go through the trouble of obtaining a new one. My husband's (PA) PCC expired back in August and they just extended it.

I didn't know the can extend the validity ... that is good to know as mypartner's pcc expires on Nov 13 and he has not been asked to submit a new one either.

Does the validity date matter after a decision is made? My wife's police clearances for the US expired on September 29 (a week ago), but her application status changed to Decision Made a week before then.
