PCC : Doubt clarification

Dear all

I am in India and planning to apply in the next round of express entry draw(18th Oct), For PCC, will I need to furnish ITA or just passport & proof of present address is enough? I was actually planning to get an appointment for PCC at Passport office at the earliest available date(which currently is even 2 days before the draw).
