PCC delayed, will CIC start processing the application?

Does anyone know if CIC will start processing the application if it is submitted but not completed? I attached proof that PCC from Fbi were requested but Will not get it for about 5 weeks after I have to accept ITA.

Yes they will process it. Just make sure you send it once youget it.
I did the same and I got PPR

Hi drpilot!

I have a problem with my husband's PCC. I got the invitation and need to submit all my docs before Nov.7. I applied the PCC July 23 but as per the embassy the PCC will take 6 months to process. I have the copy of the official receipt. Im planning to submit my application on Oct 31 and submit a letter of explanation together with the receipt. Do you think this will work? Im running out of time and i dont want to lose this oppurtunity.
