***Inquiry Regarding PCC Application Status

I am writing to inquire about the status of my Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) application submitted from BLS( Brampton) on August 24th 2024. Although the address verification back home is completed too, the current status on the BLS website indicates that it is "processing in the consulate." on BLS track application Prepare Your Application

I also checked on Passport Seva at Indian Embassies and Consulates over there status is " Police Verification has been initiated and a request has been sent to Indian Embassy/Consulate. PCC needs to be collected from the Indian Embassy/Consulate where the applicant applied after a 'Clear' Police Verification Report is received at the Indian Embassy/Consulate. " since last 10 weeks its same status.

It has now been nearly 14 weeks since my application was submitted, and I am unsure of the appropriate contact for further assistance. I would greatly appreciate any insights or experiences from others who may have encountered a similar situation recently.

Hi, do you mind telling me if you are a Canadian citizen or no? because my concern is when I track on prepare your application, it says processing at consulate but when track on passport seva website, it says ARN is wrong. So I guess Canadian citizens can't track on passport seva website.
