Hi all. My apologies if similar questions were asked before, I didn't notice similar one on forum.

I'm expecting to receive ITA within a month, therefore preparing my docs. I'm citizen of Azerbaijan Republic, currently working in Czech Republic. I'll need to apply two PCCs - one for home country, one for Czech Republic.

First question is this - both Azerbaijan and Czech Republic provides PCC without passport number - only full name and date of birth is specified in document. Is that fine?

Second question - I have residence permit card from Czech Republic. Since passport number is not on PCC, should I have translation of my residence permit card translated along with PCC, in order to prove my identity?

Third question - Do I need to have several copies of PCC from both countries with me? Is there any chance that PCC is required when I'm in Canada after landing?

Fourth question - what is a generally accepted form of uploading PCC to portal? In my home country, Azerbaijan, we receive PCC and translation is attached directly to original document and sealed by notary office. Canada requests to provide both original and translation. If I scan in this form (original and translation attached to it) and upload, will it be fine?

Thank you in advance for answers!
