Hi , I recieved ITA from latest draw and I am very confused about PCC , I am currently residing in Canada with work permit . I am trying to obtain PCC from India , their website is confusing me , can someone please explain me the step by step process to obtain pcc from India , much appreciated.

You should visit your nearest BLS office. Visit their website, create an account, fill out form, take all the required documents with you. Pay your fees and you will get PCC from India. Took mine exactly 29 days from the day I visit them. Came directly to my home via mail.
