What country are you currently living in?mvd said:Hi lovealways,
I have dropped you an email, please check.
Thanks
The phone number for the Burkina Faso embassy in India is 011 26140641, and 011 26140642. My suggestion to you is to call the embassy tomorrow, and ask them what the procedure to obtain an out of state PCC may be. They should be able to advise you.mvd said:India

A couple more things:
* The PCC will only be valid for three months from the month of issuing, so make sure that you get the timing right- don't get it too early;
* If you have issues reaching them on the phone, their email IDs are Emburnd@bol.net.in / cmd@embassyburkinaindia.com. Remember to use email as a last resort- phones are more immediate, you won't have to wait for them to get around to responding to your email if you call them.
Good luck!
LoveAlways said:not to discourage you but i can tell that phone or emails don't work, the admin is extremely slow and for have lived there you know the ministry is not developed technology wise. I suggest if you know someone still living in BF, to send to the person your docs (ID, birth certificate and letter of request and stamp you buy at the city hall) and the person will go in person, applications are dropped in the morning and certificates collected in the afternoon, it is at Ouaga 2000 if you recall where this area is. My husband is from Congo so we had to do the same for his certificate.Luckily I have many relatives who are lawyers so it helped a lot. Try the embassy if you want, they may help if you have no one in BF
