PCC @BLS-Toronto - if I withdraw, how long would it take to get passport back?

I'm planning on going to BLS-Toronto tomorrow morning. My flight is on July 7. Would it make sense to apply for PCC now through BLS, and hope it gets done within 10 days or so? Anyone who submitted recently have any insight (are you still waiting?)?

Also, what is the withdrawal process like? How long before July 5 do I need to let them know to withdraw my application so I can get my passport back on time for my flight?

Nope they take complete 1 month to issue PCC so don't waste your time. Apply when you come back
