PCC and Medical for child : Express entry

Hi All ,

Do we need to get a Police Clarence Certificate and medical for a 2 year old child.
I am waiting for PR invite via express entry in next slot . So thought of initiating PCC and medical for myself and family now itself.

Can any body help on this topic.

PCC is only for dependent children 18 years and older, but medicals are required for all dependent children even if they are non-accompanying.

Additionally, for a child's medical they don't do blood test, x ray or urine test. Just the doctor examines him / her physically and asks questions.

I believe only if the child is above 5, he would be asked for urine sample.
