Is it mandatory to attach paystubs for the current job? I have the T4. Can I only attach the T4 and the reference letter in the employment records section? Or will it leave negative impact on my file?

no its not mandatory. paystubs come in handy when your reference letter is missing any key information that can be explicitly seen on the paystub, for instance, hours or amount earned etc. Its ultimately your call to decide if you need to include the paystub or not
Okk. If someone doesnt upload the paystubs and in case immigration require them then will they reject the application saying insufficient documents or will they ask me to send them? Any idea anyone?

May as well upload with your reference letter if you have them? I did with my reference letter - latest 3 even though I technically did not need it.
