Payslips- Notarized Or original

Hi all

I am attaching my payslips as a proof of my employment and designation.

in my company the payslips get generated in the internal IT system everymonth.
Whenever we want we can take the print out of these.

I have taken the printouts of these.. these are as good as original.. but the
problem is that no notary in the US would notarize them since there are no physical hard copies
for them to verify against( as opposed to degree certificates etc)

Should i submit these as it is??? What should i do?? How should i portray these to the CIO..
as copies or as originals.. Remember if i say copies.. then they would say that these are not notarized

but if i say original.. do i stand a chance of a rejected application as they didnt say to send any such documents as original???

HI,

I would say just get the print out and ask your boss to put company's stamp on it that will do.

thanks for reply saki... but this would not be possible...in my company only HR has the stamps and he sits on a the east coast and wouldnt bother that

Hi,

Then send it as it is, normally payslips are not required but you are providing an extra document to visa officer so no need to be notarized.

Please note that any document generated directly from machine through printer is considered itself as original copy.
