Payments not working, not bank's fault - help needed

I'm trying to pay for my student visa application and the payment is not going through. I'm getting an error code saying "911 - authentification error - code AVC".

I tried multiple times over the last 24 hours, using different cards from different banks. I tried changing the browser, I even tried using a different computer. I definitely have enough money on the card and I definitely have online payments enabled.

I called my bank. They're saying they didn't block the transaction. In fact, they never even received the request at all.

Is there anything else I can do? Please help

yeah, probably a server issue.

I am now having the issue. Is there anyone else currently trying to pay application fee and having issue?
