Payment of Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) Received, next steps?

I received RPRF request but not the passport request yet. Please confirm how much time does it take after paying the fees?

Also I have Canada Visitor Visa that I just received, will the visitor visa get canceled when I receive the PR?
