Payment link for 2 way courier not received yet....anybody can help? What can i do.

Did you get your payment link?I got my ppr on 30 December.....i mailed vfs for next steps.....but I didn’t get payment link.....i only just getting automated reply
Everybody plz share their timelines.
I got my PPR on Jan 3, 2021 and submitted all documents to VFS on Jan 4, 2021.
Still waiting for payment link and done lit of emails and not even a single reply even I have book the flight ticket.
