Payment for inland sponsorship application with OWP fees

Hi,

I found the site where I can pay the sponsorship application fee. My questions are:
1. I'm being sponsored as a common-law without any dependents. Is the total fee is $1040?
2. Where can I pay the application for the OWP? Is it $255 or $155?

I want to make sure that I pay and include the right amount so that it doesn't get returned.

1040 for the PR application.
255 for the OWP + OWP Holder fee.
