Payment for citizenship

for the payment form I will be using the CIC form IMM5401, for the copy 2 of the form, what is the client ID that I am going to fill it with?
is it the PR Card number or something else?

If you see front side of your permanent resident card, u will find there ID No/ No ID i.e., xxxx-xxxx. That is called Client ID and same you have to print on payment form.
