Payment deducted but didnt received any reply from CIC...

Hi Friends,

I have submited my file on 22 May 2013 and it was received by Dexter on Friday 31 May 2013. My CC has been charged on 15 Aug 2013 but I havent received any reply from CIC.

PLease help me what to do? Where to contact CIC? and what things need to be mentioned in email?

You will get email form CIC. have you given your email address in your application? please check the address is correct. if so than check your junk and spam mail also.

 Procedure to get CIC agent on phone
 Call at – 0016139444000
 Select 1 for English
 Then 1 for foreign affair
 2 for immigration
 Call is being transferred to CIC
 Then 1 for English
 2 for status
 1 for PR
 When it asks you to enter UCI number just be on hold n let it say it 3 times then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
 Agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc.

CIC will reply in 15 to 20 days via email. so better you call on given number post above. it will take @ 30-45 mins
