Hello,

Is is a wise decision to pay for my tuition fees before applying for my study permit and showing them proof of payment so that the VO knows that I am a bonafide student?
Will I be able to get a refund later if I choose to go to another university or if I don't get my visa?

Looking forward to some guidance!

Thanks

It helps your chances of getting your visa approved if you've showed them your tuition receipt so yeah...

And usually, colleges and universities offer refunds should there be visa refusal... They'll usually just deduct an administrative charge from your refund...

:)

Thanks so much!! :D

Also, do universities give a refund if I decide to attend another university later?

i think that depends on the universities and the intention of why you're getting a refund...

some colleges and universities do not offer refund or will require certain documents and whatnot if your reason for getting a refund is because you've decided to attend a different university...

in my letter of acceptance it is stated that my estimated tuition fee is approx $ 4545.00 (Canadian) per semester. i payed my college CAD 1000 for tuition. will this be enough to satisfy the visa officer??? i have got LOA from lethbridge college
