Paying ONLINE even though applying OUTLAND- is it ok?

Hi!

I've paid online 1040$ even though we apply outland as logically thinking, we are both in Canada so it seemed easier and faster.

BUT now I worry that the immigration won't like it coz we are giving them an official RECEIPT and NOT the IMM 5401 form.

Will they return our app for that and ask us to pay again the other way using the proper form???

Assuming it is a sponsorship that is going to either Vegreville or Mississauga, before being sent overseas, you can pay on line.
