Paying for RPRF even without PPR (CEM)

hi.
just want to ask this and hope someone answers.
can i pay for RPRF in advance, even when i have not received PPR letter yet? i'm still waiting for PPR after my medical exams.

my VO is CEM
 
The question has been asked and people have done it before. There is no problem in paying RPRF in advance.

They will send you a confirmation of receipt once they received it. Ensure you keep a copy of your draft as a proof of payment for yourself.

me i payed the RPRF along with Permanent Resident Visas payment and addition documents. :)

thanks for the reply..i'm planning on paying tomorrow.. i'll just send the payment alone, while waiting for the PPR...
