Paying fee online?

I am sending an application under FSW from USA. Under the new rules my applciation should be sent to Canada and not buffalo...Also the processing fee should be 550 CAD $. Is it possible to pay this fee online? if yes what is the link for it?

You can pay online ONLY if you are inside canada. Read details how to pay on CIC website, your local visa office website etc. You can get more informations here.

Not quite right, you can pay on line for spousal sponsorships going to Mississauga wherever you live, Skilled worker applications cannot be paid on line whether you are in Canada or not.

What do you mean by sending the application from US to Canada and not in Buffalo?
You mean that the office in Buffalo who are assigned to process applicants from US will now be forwarded to CANADA?

Stop read the instructions.

All FSW 1,2, 3 go to CIU Sydney as of 01/04/09. You don't send the full application either and fee must be in $Can.
