I had sent my app under NOC 2173 which is not part of FSW NOC.I should have set NOC 0213.

Hi, My application was sent in last week of May and got rejected cause of incorrect NOC Code for s/w engineer. The code did not appear on the new NOC list. Can any one suggest when can I reapply? Can i reapply now? or have to wait till I get my application fees refunded? Thanks in advance.

I am sending an application under FSW from USA. Under the new rules my applciation should be sent to Canada and not buffalo...Also the processing fee should be 550 CAD $. Is it possible to pay this fee online? if yes what is the link for it?
