I just paid my fees online and printed out the official receipt.

For the "payer information", do I put my name, DOB, etc (as the principal applicant) or my husband's (as the sponsor)? My name was on the credit card used to pay the fees.

Thanks!

As far as I understand, you're supposed to put the sponsor's information there, but at the same time it hopefully won't matter at all since that information only is used if the money is refunded.

Sponsors information should go on the receipt, whatever name is on the credit card doesn't really matter.

Cheers,
K

I already filled it out as the Applicant (put all of my info, name, client dob, address, postal code with a (USA) next to it... erm, how much of an issue is that going to be?

Can't you just print out another one? Did you save the receipt on your computer or have it emailed to you?

I don't think so. I also messed up with this - I put my husbands info on the receipt being the sponsor and paid with my credit card. Don't think it's too critical.

Oh hey! Nevermind, guys. Thanks a lot. I paid for it so long ago, I forgot it was sent to my e-mail. :-[

I don't think it matters. I paid, but with his credit card 8), so I put his name etc

it only matters if you need to get a refund....lets hope that it never happens..

Dont make a difference if there is a refund they are going to refund the credit card all they really care about is if its paid and the recipt number and as long as one of yours information is on it your fine good luck best wishes.

Again, many thanks. It's like starting the process over again completely. Should have been able to mail this all out in January. Ah well. Time to re-learn.

I just paid $1040 for all (including RPR fee) and it gave me one receipt that stated $1040. I just fill it out and send it with all the other forms right? I have read in some other posts where other people sending the RPR fee to somewhere else like NY..whats that about??

Not to worry, michaelab. What you did is right.
