Payed biometric's daughter AFTER submitting, sent a webform and no BIL yet

Since march21 my 4 member family application for studypermit was submitted.
But due to an error my 14yo daughter biometric order wasn't payed.
My wife an I (principal applicant) got biometrics letter an obtained them on march31.
March21 in the night, the extra biometric was payed and sent payment receipt through a webform.
Today, may26 didn't receive the BIL yet.
My general application is still under background process, it's week 8 now.
My daughter biometric shows "in progress". It is stucked.

miraculously received a webform response after 2 months, but they asked for new attachments in order to proceed. They told us than in 5 days they will respond.

Hopefully to obtain the BIL soon.

Anyone has been similar to this case ? All my process is in danger due this mistake.
