Pay stubs

Hello everyone
I am confused for filing my application In express entry. I have done masters in Canada. I have been working at restaurant since September 2017. I got work permit in June 2018. I was promoted as supervisor in August 2018. But I was not given a raise at that time. They raised my pay in January 2019. Am I able to file my application in August 2019 or should I wait for January. Please help me out guys.

Yes...I have my employer’s letter that says I was promoted in August 2018. Is it safe to apply in next August?? Can they ask for whole year ‘s pay stubs??
