Pay statement

Hi all,

Can someone help me to explain and where i can get this..sorry i dont have any idea.

Provide the following documents:
ƒ A copy of the Candidate’s Statement of Earnings (pay records) for each pay period for
2013.
ƒ A Statement of Earnings (pay record), must list the pay period, hourly rate of pay,
number of hours worked in the pay period and the deductions. All pay periods must be
accounted for.
Statements of Earnings (pay records) must meet Alberta Employment Standards Code

Sorry i forgot to tell you guys that i got this on the document checklist in alberta experience class the new program here. I dont know if this is a pay stub. Did someone applied for alberta experience class?

Yes your right, sorry to post here, i already ask in their link but nobody answer it yet thats why i tried it here maybe someone has a opinion or know about this. Sorry again to ask.

This would depend on the organization and how it structures its payroll.

Most of the time, this would imply your pay slips. Not sure how your employer does it, but mine provided pay slips that detailed earnings, broken down by hourly, benefits, deductions and so forth.

This was provided every pay period. And since the wording used in your post is in line with what I just said, then I assume 'pay stubs/slips' is what you want. Not sure about the whole Alberta standards since I'm in a different province.

You bet ya! If we were talking ON, I would say with certainty, but since you are asking about AB... However, my feeling is that it is pay stubs. It cant be that complicated. The simplest route is always the best one. So, go with what you have!
