PAY ONLINE BUT WE ARE NOT LUCKY

Hi anyone,
can someone help me about the payment we made,my husband pay it online and the transaction was incomplete he printed the outcome but it says incomplete so he called the hotline but they said they will refund the money after 2 months....but our papers need to be forwarded bec. it will expire soon what will we do now just send the incomplete transaction and explain? Please help us

NO, you make another payment. Hopefully it goes through this time and send it off with your application.

Wait out the 2 months for the invoice of the incomplete payment to come in the mail. One thing though, how is it that you lost your money if the transaction was incomplete? That seems kinda strange to me.

If the transaction was incomplete, then no payment would be made. Check with your credit card provider to confirm this, not CIC.

Then just repay.

MY HUSBAND CHECKED HIS CREDIT CARD AND THE MONEY IS GONE...SO HIS TRYING TO CALL THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY NOW AND NO ONE WILL ANSWER.YES VERY STRANGE WE DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW.

When was this? The system is not allowing me to pay for the past two days and I'm borrowing someone's credit card to do it...I don't want any problems...

Any news? Now, I'm afraid to pay online even when the system starts working... . I can't call CIC from where I am, what is the problem with the system?

Help! I finally got on the system and it said Payment Failed twice! Does that mean I have been debited from my account twice! It's not my visa card I borrowed it.....I can't call the hotline number.
When I clicked on address, I put country Mongolia, City Ulaanbaatar, then province there was no option but Canadian provinces so I clicked not-applicable. Clicked enter and got Payment Failed....oh my god...this can't be happening...

try to call embassy of canada, from place you live , they could help
if you live in canada go to Mississauga and ask for the solution

my husband followed the instructions on the site and created an account...........he called the government and they said they will refund him in 8 weeks but we cant wait that bec. some of my papers will expire soon need to submit next month.......he called the credit company but no one will answer him ...his still sleeping right so i dont know the latest news i will tell you when his online...he got the number from the site then he called thats what the government told him to wait for 8 weeks.
