Pay Landing Fees - Inside / Outside Canada

I have applied for my PR from India. Case processing is now happening in India.
Due to some emergency reasons I had to come to Canada on Visitors visa a week ago. My wife has to under go a surgery and she needs my presence. Currently I am in Canada.
I wish to expedite my visa process but not sure if I can do the process me being in Canada.
Can some one please advise what are the necessary actions that to be taken and considered to speed up the process.
Also can you please recommend if I have to pay the landing fees as Inside Canada or Outside Canada and what would be the exact landing fees that I have to pay.
As I got the passport request from Canada Immigration Office at New Delhi, I am not sure if I can submit my passport in any of the Indian Consulates in Canada. Please do advise on this as well.
My wife needs my support in this hard time. Can you also please advise if my file can be transferred to Canada for further process. If my file is transferred to Canada, do I have to start the process again from scratch or will the process continues from the current status.

Unfortunately there is no expedite process available and no way to speed up the processing of the application.

You can pay the landing fee wherever you want to. The fee is $490.

CIC typically does not allow files to be transferred to a different visa office. You can certainly ask - but more than likely your application will have to remain with the ND VO.

I'm sorry to hear that your wife is ill, but happy to hear that you are by her side. I hope she feels better very soon.

Unfortunately, I don't believe that there is anything that you can do to speed up the process.

I'll let the senior members here address your other questions, but I don't know that you have many options.
You could technically withdraw your existing application and then file an Inland application, which would allow you to stay with her in Canada,
but the `clock' would start over and would take ~11 months before you would even be able to work, followed by another ~8 months before getting your PR.

Stay strong and know that things will be ok for you and your wife.

My visa process is in final stage I believe.

Is there a way I can at least send my passport to India when I am in Canada for stamping?
After stamping, I think I have to visit India and come back to Canada again?
Is it possible to get landing documents from any Immigration office in Canada with out visiting India when I am Canada?
