I got my CSQ and now applying for Quebec immigration (Federal). I want to know If I pay my fee via online. but my case officer found something is missing such as sign etc will I get money return?
I am asking this b/c I believe that in a case of bank draft, money order, cheque etc then only take amount when everything is complete.
