September applicant po ako, Live-in Caregiver (Vancouver) Direct Hire/ No agency.
Hanggang ngayon di pa ako nakakatanggap ng response sa embassy ng canada sa manila. Luckily, may tumawag sa mother ko kasi that time di ako ma kontak. Binigyan po kami ng FILE NUMBER at sabi nila JANUARY pa daw sila nag mail? hinihintay nila return to sender pero bakit wala pa rin daw. pano yun hindi umabot dito sa bahay? Sabi nila i-follow up ko daw sa post office (Davao) pero WALA daw ako mail!

nakakalungkot isipin pero cge lang atleast meron na akong FILE NUMBER. Can I ask?

1. Alam nyo po ba anong document yun na pinadala nila? Sa akin kasi baka request for medical yun. Ang mahirap kasi, hindi klaro yung pag relay ng message ng mother ko sa akin. Sabi "daw" ng tumawag return to sender tapos hintay daw ako 2 months para processing nanaman. ANO PO IBIG SABIHIN NUN?

2. Sabi nila, di namin daw pwd tawagan yun number na gamit nila. PANO PO SILA MA KONTAK PAG URGENT? pwd nalang po ba personal kami pumunta sa manila? or pwd ba mag request na mag resend na mail gamit yung VAC tapos Air21 gamitin?

3. At, may idea or experience po ba kayo saan napunta yung mail ko? kasi sabi ng mga kartero ordinary mail lang daw yan sila, kaya di nila ma trace.

PLEASE HELP. sa mga may idea dyan sana ma guide nyo po ako. SALAMAT NG MARAMI.

If you submitted your application package last September 2012 and received the file number to the unknown caller. You need to call the Call Center using IDD surely they will give you accurate message.

I also applied as caregiver in Canada and submitted my application packaged last January 2013 and I have no agency. I did all the documents within my readings in the website. Finally, they sent me an airmail informing that my application is on process and my file number. They also reminded me that processing time of caregiver in the Philippines is 12 to 18 months. If you have the file number, send them through airmail or email indicating your file number given to you. Before doing that, clarify to the embassy your application number using IDD call center.
