My Neigbour got hers - I’ll tell you guys what you need to do
My Neigbour followed this procedure to get her passport back .

she visited the Canada Border Services Agency at 6900 airport road Mississauga rd 91 & 93 .

She was told that her documents were in Montreal and they will have to request a transfer

she filled a form and after 3 weeks they got her file forwarded to Mississauga from Montreal .

They forwarded the file to the Hamilton office and she was able to retrieve her documents from the Hamilton office .

it’s better you email the email address that sent you your AIP and ask for update on your application than call a customer when that will tell you what she or he only have access to which might not be what you want to hear.
They have limited info compared to when you email Niagara.

I’ll have to call IRB tomorrow to know what to do. I pray that for everyone that is expecting good news it will come speedily in Jesus name!

I have a friend who also applied for this pathway through a lawyer.
He paid him is total fee and the application was submitted.

There after. IRCC keep requesting documents after documents. Now the lawyer is insisting he has to collect more money if he wants him to work, advise and submit the documents.

Does the lawyer need to charge or request money money again.

Pls advise
