Not true. You still need a medical. But you might not need to do a new one if you did within the last year.

who knows how long it takes for RPD to reply after faxing the withdrawal forms and letter and how long it takes to get COPR after sending confirmation to IRCC

It was

First i sent before two weeks and got immidiate reply that my file is sent for final review. And then i requset again last thursday passed .and today morning at 6:30 am i recieved the reply .
