Thank you so much. I’m I have less complex case “fast track” from December 2020 that’s why I’m hesitant to apply. My lawyer advised me to wait. However, I fed up of the situation. It’s been 2 years since i apply for asylum! I don’t know what to do.
In December my lawyer advised me to wait till June and if by June I hear nothing from IRCC we should then apply, I by myself took the decision to apply in January, right now we have done medical and patiently waiting for COPR.
In essence, your job description matches what is required so go ahead. Thank you and have a good day

I applied for CCB with my AIP also and it’s going to the 6th week now but in Quebec they said we have to wait for PR to apply for medical card and Quebec child benefit

The truth is lawyers are also reading up and learning about this pathway…and they also want to get paid. Imagine someone’s lawyer told them to forget about the pathway and wait for hearing when he knew very well that both husband and wife have been working in a long term care home. We sometimes make our lawyers up to be mini gods..but some are just greedy. Some lawyers are awesome though.
