In that case, it won’t be out of place if you file a JR and reference the three individual with there details only thing is that will they feel comfortable with you referencing them? Unless you want to do that without their consent if you know there full name and DOBs.

What i noticed is that they just wanted to refuse my application. They comes up with different excuses to refuse my application.

I worked with different agencies and accumulated over 1000 plus hours. I continued working even after then.
The officer just picked on one of my paystubs from one of the agency that i worked with saying the over 260 hours from that agency was not taxes deducted becuase the paystubs clearly shows am an independent contractor. Whereas my employment verification letter clearly states am an employee with my job description .

It doesn't make sense. I still have more hours from my other agency that deducted texes but i didnt sumit the hours before decision was made because i believed i have submitted over 1000 plus hours. They only needed 750 anyways

My spouse PR Card and my son just got delivered today since I’ve submitted all on October 2,2021. I’m yet to get any update about mine. Still waiting but will send another email to them again.

Well nothing from October 2nd I’ve uploaded passport photo. It’s been under review since. I sent them email recently and they replied it’s still within processing time and I need to be patient.

Please, Don't give up !!! You have the best shot if they are responding and giving you option to submit specific or additional document. Just follow the procedure and their request. Trust me, that's the best shot to make things right. Best of luck

In my opinion, I don’t think the officer has done anything wrong in asking for further documentation to prove your case. Just do the needful, be hopeful and be prayerful.

I see no village people here.The officer is suspecting if you never worked.
Luckily for you,he or she has given you another chance to prove you worked.
I told you privately back then to get letters from all the Retirement homes,Group homes and LTC you worked and present it as evidence.

Bank statement should be easy-Peasy for you to provide in as much your employer pains into your account.

T4 should be handy with you by now.
If you can provide all these to the officer,I see you coming back here to testify you got your COPR!

I have all the requested documents.
my bank statements clearly shows the payment and corresponding paystubs.
my t4 and t4a is also handy.
The only problem am having is i have only work in one retirement home and they not willing to give me any letter . They said i should go back to my agency .
All my work was for private homes.

Do you mean private homes through your agency?

I believe you have a Lawyer handling your case.The Lawyer can write the retirement home you worked and also attach the letter from IRCC requesting them to confirm you worked there.
