Hey guys, quick question here. I am preparing my EE checklist and I am having problems collecting documents for my last job. My old job does not add any points to my EE profile, but when I include it in my work history, the system asks me to provide all the information. My lawyer suggests me to just delete it from my work history, and only include it in my personal history. When I did so, my checklist got updated and no longer asked me for the documents for my previous job. Is this ok? Does it count as misrepresentation? Thanks!
