Past Work Experience Letters

Hi,

I have appplied under Arranged Employment NOC 0213.I am a software consultant was working in India before.Due to lack of contacts in my previous organizations i am not able to arrange reference letters.However, i can provide one from my current employer.
To fulfill the same if i provide the experience letters,offer letters etc., for my past work experience would that suffice.

Any help in this regard would be appreciated.

It is advised to arrange for some sort of evidence for your previous employments. (i.e old payslips)
It is a must to provide evidence for your current employment.

I am experiencing the same problem, though with the same employer.

New Delhi visa office has clear instructions which I'm planning to follow:

If you cannot provide a reference from your current employer, provide a written explanation

: No other option!

Hello seniors!

I can¨t provide any reference letter because I had a fight with my former employers and my current employer would kick me out if I ask for reference letter? What should I do now?
What are other acceptable options to prove that I worked in those companies?

What do you think about bank transcripts on which is shown all my salary input with names of companies which payed me for my job?

Hi Nitma!

I have a bit same problem like urs.i worked in uk and that company has bust coz of financial crisis in 2008.What do u think if i send my bank statement showing my wages coming from that company and moreover as i am in pakistan at the moment and bank account has closed as well,so will they carry out verification about my bank statement?

Contract letter is not essential.

Your wage slip yes will do.

Bank statement showing your wages from xyz company yes it will do.

Any evidence that you can provide that worked for the company will do.

So whats the ISSUE:

Company Contact Details are a must (In the absence of Reference letters). Without it-will be a bit of a problem, unless explain your situation to CHC in a covering note. Even than it may not look appropriate. You both need to work out something and think of someway to find a solution.
