Highly doubt you will ever get a TRV or study visa to ever come to Canada temporarily. You will be seen as too high risk to claim asylum once you get here, due to your previous claim in Brazil. You must be totally honest in your application.

You must declare that you previously claimed asylum. You should explain what the reason was, and why you no longer need asylum or present a threat to claim refugee status if you came to Canada.

As I said though, no matter what you say the chances of getting a study visa to Canada are practically zero, because of the previous asylum claim.

Actually i was not intended to to do so.Last year i planned to visit Bolivia but i couldn't.For Indians,Bolivia is a visa-on arrival country but when i arrived at Brazil Airport they informed me that due to some security reasons you have to go back to India. But for that visit i had spent a huge amount of money in Bolivia. So to get it back i didn't have any other way. After getting my money back i returned to India. For getting my money back it took almost 1 month.

I'm really not sure if a previous fake asylum claim will give you any better chance.

I was not aware of these consequences.
If i proceed my application with any Canadian lawyer, is there any chance...??
Sure there's a chance, it's entirely up to the visa officer processing your file.

Personally i think your chances are low, however the only opinion that matters is that of IRCC.

As a foreign national, hiring a Canadian lawyer wouldn't provide you much advantage. IRCC has significant leaway in deciding who can and can not come to Canada for whatever reason(s) they see fit.

Your economic problems don't qualify you for asylum. If you are currently working in Canada, you are doing so illegally, which is really stupid if you want to ever qualify to stay in Canada.

You aren't a refugee and are working illegally on top of that (which means you're in violation of your status in Canada). You'll be refused if you apply.
