Past mistake in application

Hi there. I hade made mistake by ticking no on if I had been refused my canada visa on my study permit application. I had a refused vistor visa. But my application was approved. Now I am applying for coop work permit and need fill that again. So what should I do, In past I was not aware as I was 17 and my application was handled by my parent's. I even didn't know that they had applied for vistor visa. But now after knowing I want to be honest in my future applications but I am afraid of my past mistake.so, what should I do.

You should mention the visa refusal. If asked why you didn't do that in the first place, just be honest about it.
