Apparently there are a few of us with the same submission date but different VFS offices. Must be in the same batch or something.

After seeing your post, I tracked mine and guess what, I have the same update. So it must have been the ‘Sep 11’ thing.
Haven’t received the email and SMS notification though.
Passports have been dispatched from the embassy to VFS. VFS will send out the courier later in the evening so the Bluedart tracking should be available by night/tomorrow morning. That's when u may receive the sms/email.
Hi bro, I don't know if I made a mistake. My wife is the principal applicant n myself accompanying dependent. She is in Canada and m here in India. We got an email from CIC on September 28 asking for passports either to Ottawa if we both are in Canada or to Newdelhi. We sent an email asking for a better explanation.no response after a week. Then we called cic , they spoke like it's already understood that,she can submit passport in Ottawa and dependent in New Delhi,, we did that on October 6th.i sent my passport via vfs with a letter attached in which, I expressed our situation , she also did the same. Now we got another mail on 10th October with another PPR.as our passports are being processed in Ottawa and Newdelhi, I don't know what's next,,pls help if you guys have any info

I got the same email. And submitted my docs on 23 Oct. Any info. on this. Can they revert with COPR this fast. Or some issue with the Photos?

I think passport is sent out from embassy. Not sure though.
COPR is confirmation of Permanent Residency- document.

I received my 1st PPR mail dated July 14th asking for the submission of passports through VFS. We did so along with the passport of my newly born son on July 17th at VFS Bangalore. Later on the required documents of my son were also uploaded through the online portal and he was issued UCI number after 3 months.
On Oct 26th we received another PPR mail asking to submit our passports which is in fact already submitted through VFS Bangalore and is being shown as per VFS website as being processed at NDVO. AS suggested by VFS, I enquired with New Delhi High Commission regarding our case thru the general enquiry email and next day itself got a reply saying that ours is a file number which refers to a case at the Consulate General of Canada in Bangalore and as advised I raised a CSE through web form directed to Bangalore office.
The very next day I got a reply from Bangalore office that the file number provided refers to a case at the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi and they also asked me to raise a CSE to NDVO which I did. I haven’t heard from NDVO since. All 3 passports are already submitted through VFS and is shown as being processed at New Delhi office from VFS website. What do I do??? Do I have to go to VFS just to submit the 2nd PPR mail so that I get the stamped passports back rather than both the Visa offices directing me to the other??? PLS HELP….
