Maybe they print it and stick it on the envelope

Maybe.

The PPR email i received asked to fill out the return envelope address if sending to CPC-Ottawa (email originated out of New Delhi).

It didnt explicitly mention not to fill out the 'from' section But i filled it out anyways.

If they print labels to stick on the return envelope, then it shouldnt matter if you fill it out or not, should it?

I'm just a little wary of losing visa stamped passports in the mail as i've personally heard some horror stories from those who have. Try getting a new indian passport issued after youv'e lost one in the mail and you will know what i mean.

Yup But I am positive to get PP back by Jan 19

I got the same information just now. Passport received on Dec 13 and Passport is in printing room from Dec 21.
4 weeks counts from Dec 21.

Yeah it depends on the visa office. I got ppr from delhi and the email said I need to fill out the deliver to address.

Are you single applicant or do you have dependents in your application?
